Executive Chef
Lyman Winner has over 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience from The Poconos to Maryland, Colorado, and beyond. Lyman received a B.S. in Earth Space Science from Shippensburg University in 2000. He also received his A.A.S in Professional Cooking from Baltimore International College, where he eventually taught cooking courses. His background in the Baltimore area, famous for its crab cakes shaped his signature dish, the Frogtown Crab Cake. You can find his signature dish being sold at The Frogtown Chophouse in Cresco, as well as in several other local businesses & grocery stores. Chef Winner’s Poconos restaurant experience started in 2006 when he co-opened The Frogtown Inn and Six Acres Restaurant in Canadensis, PA. He and his then partners successfully ran the 6 Acres Restaurant until 2017 when the property changed hands. Executive Chef Lyman is always creating new and fun features and excels in adapting to any style of cooking our catering coordinator throws at him.

Cheryle was born in Victoria, Texas and found herself moving to the Poconos after high school. Although she fell in love with baking at the age of nine, she tried her hand at many different occupations (including modeling and acting). No matter what she tried, she couldn't extinguish her passion for desserts. She's been baking professionally for the past 15 years; 6 of which has been with us. Her favorite dessert is her dark chocolate sea-salt caramel torte. When she's not in the kitchen or on the floor as one of our servers, she loves spending time with her daughter who makes life that much sweeter.
